          Hi, I'm Rob. I’ve worked in sales for over twenty years and I have one simple belief that drives everything that I do - individuals and teams are capable of way more than they often believe. So, with my team, I help people and teams get to the Next Level. That’s it.

           

          I’ve worked with tiny start-ups, huge corporations and hundreds of businesses in between - whoever the client, and wherever they are in terms of their growth, the principles of what I offer are the same - empathy, experience and encouragement.

           

          There are many ways in which this can be achieved - so I create bespoke solutions according to the individual needs, timescales and objectives of my clients. These vary from individual one-to-one coaching sessions, to 'ride-alongs' in live sales situations, or workshops including modules like DISC profiling and analysis, Customer Profiling, Time Effectiveness and Closing and Questioning. We also help teams dynamically - crafting responses and closing opportunities in real time.

           

          In addition - for larger businesses - we offer a suite of services assisting in the structuring of sales teams and long term corporate development plans.

           

          Irrespective of the business challenges and the individuals involved, the team take pride in offering a direct, honest and empathetic approach designed to build trust, resilience and capabilities. During this unpredictable period all services are offered remotely via Zoom or Webex.
